Gas Blend Pro is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not:

• Collect any personal information
• Track your usage or behavior
• Use analytics or tracking tools
• Transmit any data to our servers
• Store data in the cloud
• Use advertising networks
• Access your contacts, photos, or other device data

2. Data Storage

All data generated by the app is stored locally on your device only:

• App Settings: Your preferences, default values, and appearance mode
• Gas Presets: Custom gas mixes you create
• Storage Tanks: Your gas inventory information
• Disclaimer Acceptance: Record that you accepted the safety disclaimer

This data is stored using Apple's SwiftData framework in a local database on your device. It is never synced to iCloud or any external server.

3. Data Deletion

All app data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app. You can also:

• Delete individual storage tanks or gas presets within the app
• Reset your settings to defaults

4. Third-Party Services

Gas Blend Pro does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.

The app contains links to external websites:

• Contact Form (Tally.so): When you tap "Contact & Feedback" in Settings, you'll be directed to an external form. Tally.so has its own privacy policy.

5. Permissions

Gas Blend Pro does not request any special permissions. The app:

• Does not access your camera
• Does not access your microphone
• Does not access your location
• Does not access your contacts
• Does not access your photos
• Does not require network access (works offline)

6. Children's Privacy

Gas Blend Pro is not intended for children under 13. Technical diving requires certification and training. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Security

Since we don't collect or transmit any data, there is no risk of data breaches or unauthorized access to your information. Your data lives solely on your device, protected by your device's security measures (passcode, Face ID, etc.).

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect when changes were made. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

9. Your Rights

Under GDPR and other privacy laws, you have rights regarding your data. Since we don't collect any data, there's nothing for us to access, delete, or export. All data is under your control on your device.
